Art in our school is taught through a skills-based curriculum. Pupils have the opportunity to build, develop and embed these skills in key areas such as drawing, painting and sculpture.
All pupils are exposed to a range of media and resources to fully explore their understanding and creativity. In art there are no right or wrong answers as it all a matter of interpretation.
We want our pupils to feel empowered and free to take risks. We know by taking these risks that our pupils learning can truly flow and they can become artists.
